WHAT LIFESTYLE CHOICE CAN I MAKE TO ACHIEVE GREAT HEALTH?
The desire for good health is something we all share. We spend thousands of dollars treating disease
and a portion of our incomes to health insurance providers to cover our expenses for cancer, heart
disease, diabetes, and many other health problems. Yet, very little is invested in the prevention of
disease, which costs far less than the treatment.
Many of us don’t realize how a few changes in our eating and personal care
habits can reduce the risk for many of these life threatening illnesses so
common in our world today.
